Customer service at Sunwell begins at the earliest stages of project engagement when we discuss your unique business needs and develop DeepChill ice slurry system specifications tailored for your application. A project manager works with your team to make sure that the installation site is ready and that the system is installed on-time and on-budget. Once the DeepChill system has been installed, a Sunwell field technician then commissions the system, optimizes operation and provides hands-on training.

We offer 24/7 telephone and email support service contracts to make sure the system is always running optimally, and we have the ability to monitor the system in real time.

Remote Monitoring

Our remote monitoring capabilities enable you to be notified when your DeepChill system is not performing optimally. This proactive approach to service means that we can avoid potential production problems and ensure that your system is always running at peak efficiency.

Service Contracts

Sunwell offers service contracts that include remote monitoring, annual site visits, and beneficial pricing for parts and service technician rates. Should any issues arise that you do not feel comfortable handling, and/or that are outside of the service contract, you can request an on-site visit from a Sunwell technician.
